What surprised you about this experience?
I thought that the instructor was going to
give a lecture on “how to lead your staff.”
Not the case, in my opinion she
presented on serving ourselves so we can serve better.
2.
What touched you about this experience?
She
seemed to be a calm person, at peace with herself.
3.
What inspired you about this experience?
The
reflection on personal library experiences reminded me why I am working there.
