What did I learned about my own teaching topic? I think, I
teach with a health mixture of people verses task management.
What did I learned about someone else topic? The group that
I am with was team players, hands down. There are different types of leaders
and one is not better than the other. Sometimes we place unnecessary stress in
our lives. Keep tasks simple if possible.
I loved how well our group worked together. It was so great to see how we all came together and everyone just picked up where there was a task to be done. Simple is usually the best way to complete it and is much less stressful!
ReplyDeleteI liked your comment about different not necessarily being better or worse. I think I've realized this week that this saying applies to just about everything: communication, leadership and even processes.
